Fair prices, they didn't overcharge me for anything. They also gave me multiple options at different prices to fix my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and communication was excellent.

No idea how this place has a 5 star review... My car was shifting hard from 2-3rd and I read online that it was something in the valvebody and some people getting the problem fixed for a couple hundred $$ instead of replacing transmission. So I call to make an appointment and they were about a week and half out so I set a date and bring it the morning of the date to get it diagnosed. The car sat for 3 days without a call or update... I called to ask what's going on and they said they might get to it next week.. Needing the car in a couple of days I just had a bad feeling and went to go pick it up.. I get there and told them I'm just going to pick up my car and they were so shocked that I wasn't going to leave it there for weeks for them to even look at it... Prior to dropping it off I told them what it did and what I've done to it like change the fluid. The guy insisted that we go for a test drive so we do, for him to say I think it's not that bad and I shouldnt do anything. I was really curious what this shop would even do because I asked them some questions to get some answers like "Don't these have cvt transmissions?" Which is the focus and hybrid fusions. I said what would you guys even do for a diagnostic on this? And he said "Oh probably drain and fill the fluid. Which I already did... This place honestly sounded like they have no idea what they are doing. What is the point of an appointment if it's going to sit there for two weeks with me having no knowledge of that? I was thinking they would you know scan for codes in the transmission? Drop the pan and test/inspect solenoids? I never actually had work done but from just this experience alone I wasn't willing to give them a chance if they can't even understand how an appointment works.

So I took my truck to 2 other shops before being referred to Natco. The other shops said I needed a new transmission. Natco said just torque converter. Saved me a ton of money and truck running like new and shifts very smooth. They got the work done super fast and price was reasonable. Highly recommend these guys!!
